Which Meeting Room Do You Need? A Launceston CBD Guide

Choosing the right meeting room shouldn’t take longer than the meeting. Here’s how we match our rooms to what you’re actually doing.

Interviewing candidates, or need a quiet desk away from home?
The Steele Room seats 2-4 and has a desk and small meeting table. It’s our most affordable option at $65/hour, $130 half day or $185 full day.

Having a private or sensitive conversation?
The Georges Lane Meeting Room seats 4 in relaxed lounge-style chairs. The Georges Lane rooms have their own street entrance and a door that closes them off from reception, so you get complete privacy. $75/hour, $150 half day, $210 full day.

Working through documents with a small team?
The Georges Lane Boardroom seats up to 6 around a handcrafted timber table, though it’s most comfortable for 4 people with laptops and paperwork. $90/hour, $180 half day, $255 full day.

Running a training session or workshop for 6-8?
The McArthur Room is a light-filled ground floor room with a handcrafted Tasmanian table and a TV with streaming. $75/hour, $150 half day, $210 full day.

Board meetings, presentations or larger groups?
The Peter Mills Boardroom seats 8-12, has wheelchair access, a large screen and video and phone conferencing. $100/hour, $195 half day, $285 full day.

Every room includes high-speed wireless NBN, water, coffee, tea and kitchen facilities, and a friendly reception service for your clients.
