The Branch Office is located in the Launceston CBD and is here to help with your business needs. Whether you are an individual, small, medium or large business we offer a variety of services.

Specifically we offer quality secretarial/executive assistant services, executive commercial meeting room facilities together with a broad range of printing and copying services.

Secretarial Services

We provide a full range of secretarial services, including:

  • Typing and document/correspondence preparation - we provide a prompt, confidential and thorough typing service.
  • Document proofing - we understand the importance of getting it right and provide a high level proofing service for those documents that must be 100% accurate such as CVs, job applications, annual reports and articles that are to be published.
  • Reports - making a report look good and stand out from the crowd is important. We have the skills and software to assist with making your report look great.
  • Form creation - creating forms can be tedious and time consuming. We have the experience and precedents to provide you with simple and easy to use forms for your business needs.
  • General secretarial services - business support together with executive administration assistance.

Meeting Rooms

Our meeting rooms cater for large or small board meetings, body corporate meetings, presentations, seminars and client interviews.

Included in the hire of our meeting rooms is access to high speed wireless NBN connection, large flat screen smart TV with videoconferencing facilities, whiteboard and tea and coffee facilities.

Catering can also be arranged to suit your needs.

Printing Services

We provide top of the range, full colour digital print and copying services:

  • Print, scan or copy documents up to A0 size
  • Multiple or one-off prints
  • Oversize plan / document printing
  • Binding for small, medium and large documents
  • Laminating
  • A full range of specialty paper types
  • Business cards
  • Flyers, greeting cards, calendars, etc.

Commercial Serviced Offices

We have a number of small, medium or large serviced offices to suit your commercial needs. While we are currently full, we do have vacancies from time to time.

Our commercial Serviced Offices are fully serviced office spaces for small businesses needing a presence in the heart of Launceston.

Offices located on the ground floor, and the 1st floor of our heritage building are generously sized, and fully equipped ready for your business.

Our offices come complete with the following services:

  • Access to super fast NBN
  • Cabled or wireless connections for voice and data (NBN) to office systems, including link to reception
  • Basic office furniture including desk, chair and phone handset
  • Heat, air conditioning, light and power
  • Weekly office cleaning
  • Coffee, tea and washroom consumables
  • All outgoings (water, rates, land tax, rubbish collection, etc)
  • Daily mail collection from PO Boxes in Cameron Street
  • Corporate visitor reception with a comfortable waiting area for clients via The Branch Office
  • Monitored security service with individual user PIN numbers

Additional Costs:

  • NBN hookup fee (one off $150), and usage charges at $30 per month
  • Access to high quality printers and copiers - per copy fee charged at month end
  • Full secretarial support and document production
