We have recently purchased a Logitech Connect Conference Cam, which can be used in any of our meeting rooms for video conference calls.

The Conference Cam is a portable plug-and-play device so no manual configuration required, is a much better option than the camera and microphone on your laptop, and you can stream the video call to the TV's in the meeting room.
