Meeting a client at a third party’s premises can be fraught with danger - will the client be impressed, will your choice reflect badly if the service received or the room you’ve hired isn’t what you were expecting, or promised.
We know that you only get one chance to make a good first impression and our professional staff will make sure that is what your client receives as soon are they walk through the door. We treat your clients as if they were our own. We will meet and greet your client, they can wait in our comfortable and corporate reception area with up to date reading material. If you need us to make them a coffee, we can. Or even better, we have a great little coffee shop in our building so if providing a luscious latte for your client is what you are wanting – we can arrange and deliver!
Our meeting rooms are modern, comfortable and we have a variety of sizes to suit your requirements. Video conferencing, teleconferencing, large flat screens with streaming capabilities and direct laptop connection, superfast NBN (with a strong wi-fi connection in each room), whiteboard and access to kitchen facilities, tea, coffee and biscuits are some of what we can offer and are all included in the room hire price.
Onsite secretarial assistance, printing, photocopying and scanning services are all available if required for an additional cost.
Our heritage building is centrally located in the Launceston CBD, close to easy parking, cafés and restaurants. We can offer our advice on the best place to go for a bite to eat if a business lunch is on the agenda, or we can arrange catering to have in-house.
